Travel Fees:
We are based in St. Cloud, FL. A travel fee applies to locations more than 15 miles away.
Please note: We do not service some areas over an hour away — reach out to confirm if your location is within our service range.

Booking Process

Booking with us is simple! You can email, text, or call to get started. Once we confirm your event details and availability, you’ll receive an email with:

Your invoice, A short form with questions we need answered to complete your booking

⚠️ Important: Your spot is not held until we receive both your completed form and deposit. If we don’t receive these within 24 hours, your time slot will be released.

Deposits

Standard Characters: $25 (per character) Large Packages: $50–$100 (depending on the package size) All deposits are non-refundable and required to reserve your date and time. We accept:Cash & Zelle

• PayPal (4% processing fee for credit card payments) Once we receive your form and deposit, your party will be officially booked.

Final Payment

Your remaining balance is due upon our arrival at your event. ⚠️ The party cannot begin until payment is made.

Additional fees may apply for parties booked on select holidays.

Our mascot characters do not speak, but are always accompanied by a friendly character attendant to guide activities and interact with your guests.
