We are proudly based in St. Cloud, Florida. A travel fee applies to events located more than 15 miles from our home location.

Please note that we do not service some locations that are more than one hour away. If you're unsure whether you're within our service area, feel free to contact us before booking.

Booking Process

Booking your party is easy!

Simply call, text, or email us to check availability. Once we confirm your event details, you'll receive an email containing:

• Your invoice

• A short booking questionnaire that helps us prepare for your event

Please Note: Your date and time are not reserved until we receive both your completed booking form and deposit.

If we do not receive both within 24 hours, your requested time slot will be released and made available to other customers.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Deposit Amounts

• Standard Character Visits: $25 per character

• Large Party Packages: $50–$100 (depending on the package selected)

Payment Methods

We accept- Cash & Zelle

• PayPal (A 4% processing fee applies to credit card payments made through PayPal.)

Once your booking form and deposit have been received, your event is officially reserved!

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due upon our arrival at your event.

Please Note: Performances and party activities cannot begin until the remaining balance has been paid.

Additional fees may apply for events booked on select holidays.

Character Information: Our mascot characters are non-speaking to maintain the magic and authenticity of the experience. Each character is accompanied by a friendly, professional character attendant who will guide activities, assist with interactions, and ensure your guests have a fun and memorable experience.This version is more polished while still feeling friendly and family-oriented. It also reads well on a website with clear headings and spacing..

Our Policy’s

Payment Policy

A date cannot be reserved without having a confirmation emailed filled out and a deposit is required Full balance is due upon entertainer(s) arrival to the event. Gratuity is not added to your final bill; if you feel like your performer did well and would like to tip them you may.

IF WE DO NOT CONTACT YOU 24HRS BEFORE YOUR EVENT PLEASE CONTACT US TO CONFIRM EVERYTHING IS GOOD TO GO

$25 Deposit Required ($50-100.00 for bigger events)

Payment must be paid in cash the day of or Zelle

Credit Card the day before and there will be a 4% surcharge

Checks must be sent 5 days prior to event ( if the check is returned by the bank its an automatic $35 fee and $10 extra every week.

If you cancel your event the deposit will remain as a Memories R Forever credit to book any future event.

Travel & Accommodations:

If the event is located outside of our area, the client may have to pay a gas fee. Any services located more than 15miles from the residential location of the entertainer, will be charged additional gas mileage charge of $15-50

Hospitality & Security:

Entertainer must perform under a shaded area or indoors. If your event is in between June- September we can not exceed more than 45 minutes outside sometimes in really hot temperatures only 30 minutes. Our entertainer will come with all equipment necessary to perform, however client must inform us during the booking process if a tent, table or chairs will also be needed so that the entertainer can come prepared. Client agrees to provide a secure and restricted area for the Entertainer and their personal possessions, before, during, and after their performance. If there is a heavy line, entertainer has the right to 'cut' the line to ensure he/she finishes at the time scheduled
